Stable Relationships

Keep friendships and romances from fading simply because time passes. Stable Relationships by PlumbloomMods protects standard friendship and romance scores whenever at least one Sim belongs to your active household.

Features

• Prevents positive friendship and romance scores from decreasing through normal passive decay.
• Covers friends and partners outside the household when the other Sim is in your active household.
• Keeps conversations, arguments and other direct relationship changes working.
• Allows negative scores to recover toward neutral through normal passive behavior.

What to know

This mod does not fill relationship bars, create relationships or restore previously lost points. Sentiments, romantic satisfaction, custom relationship tracks and relationship culling are not covered. Direct score changes made by other mods can still occur.

Installation

1. Close The Sims 4 and download PlumbloomMods_StableRelationships.ts4script.
2. Put the script in Mods or one folder inside it. Keep the .ts4script file intact. If the download comes in a .zip, extract that outer archive first.
3. In Game Options, enable Custom Content and Mods and Script Mods Allowed. Restart the game and load a household.

No additional mod or testingcheats command is required.

Uninstalling

Close the game, remove the .ts4script file and restart. Disabling restores normal passive decay. Removing the mod leaves saved relationship scores in place, and normal relationship rules resume after restarting.
