Make your Education Career Sims more independent and career-focused!
This mod improves autonomy for Sims working in the Education Career, allowing them to take care of their career responsibilities and develop important skills on their own.
Instead of constantly telling your Sims what to do, they can now naturally spend their free time working toward their career goals.
Sims in the Education Career will autonomously perform their career Daily Tasks, helping them stay productive without constant player micromanagement.
Education Sims can autonomously Play Chess to improve their Logic Skill.
Sims can autonomously Practice Speech to develop their Charisma Skill, helping them progress naturally through their career.
Sims can autonomously Write Research Papers to improve their Research & Debate Skill.
Important: Sims must have already acquired the Research & Debate Skill before they can autonomously Write Research Papers.
This prevents Sims who have never learned the skill from suddenly performing advanced academic activities on their own.
The goal of the Smarter Career Series is to make Sims behave more naturally according to their professions.
An Education Sim shouldn't need the player to constantly tell them to study, practice, or work on career-related activities. With this mod, they'll be more capable of managing their own professional development while still leaving you in control of the bigger picture.
Less micromanagement, more believable career-focused Sims. 🎓
