Updated the files to have lower gains for wants to 0.15, increased aspiration completion gains to be the same as spa day aspiration ones. Separated the loots from the balancedbucketlistgoals to keep the modded ones in it as I wanted to update wants to be lower gain without lowering the weaker want-like bucket list goal gains. If anyone wants flavors for different life spans, please let me know as I'm unsure if there's a want for that.
