Skill Class Reloaded

The University Skill Class picker has been improved. Added a fully categorized Skill Picker menu similar to the one used in Dynasty Add Skill. The original EA Skill Class list is no longer completely replaced. Instead, the picker now enhances the skills provided by EA and only organizes them into categories. The University Skill Class picker now respects EA's original skill selection rules. Only skills tagged with Skill_University_CanListen will appear in the class list.
