Sit Here and Chat Fix: for patch 1.128.90

  Since the September 22 update, picking "Sit Here and Chat" ends the conversation instead of moving it to the sofa or
  bench. 🛋️💬 This tiny fix puts it back.

  What's going on
  Patch 1.128.90 added a new rule: when you give a Sim a new command, certain ongoing interactions are cancelled
  immediately. EA switched that rule on for the basic Chat interaction. The "…and Chat" options (Sit Here and Chat, Go
  Here and Chat, Swim Here and Chat and similar group moves) count as new commands, so they cancel the very conversation
  they're supposed to carry over to the new spot.

  What the mod does
  - Switches that cancel rule off for the Chat interaction only.
  - Everything else about Chat is EA's own tuning, untouched. Sleeping and the other interactions that use the rule keep
    working as EA intended.
  - Other commands behave the way they did before the patch.

  Compatibility
  - Package file, no script mods needed.
  - Only conflicts with another mod that also overrides EA's Chat interaction (sim_Chat).
  - Adds nothing to your save, so you can remove it at any time.
  - Made for patch 1.128.90.

  Install
  Put sit_here_and_chat_fix.package into your Mods folder and restart the game.
