Grim Reaper Optionals

Support for Infants, babies (if you can, somehow, get the trait on them it will freeze the commodities that make sense ... maybe?), foxes (why not?), and horses. Technically you could apply the trait on them before, but it didn't freeze their needs and also messed up their walkstyle. Now it does freeze their needs and the way the trait handles the walkstyle is slightly different, so horses aren't messed up!
