Grim Reaper Optionals

An issue you may have found when playing with Reapers is that, when you first load a lot, their motives may be less than ideal.  But, since all their motives are locked they can't be increased without cheats.  I've made an update to fix that.   ReaperVanillaUnlockedBuff and ReaperOptionalWalkstyle have been updated with this change.  So now you won't have to cheat every single time you need to load a lot with the Reaper on it!  This includes max motives for robot, Plantsim, and pet Reapers.
