⭐ CAS Favourites Mod ⭐

V1.1 CAS Favourites Mod Update

I have made some updates:
- works for all ages
- works for "Makeup" and "Jewellery"
- changes heart icon to star icon
- fixed issue with special filter not appearing in "Bottoms" or "Accessories"
- star stays active on favourited items so it is easier to see what is favourited at a glance while scrolling
- NEW feature: auto draws the most CAS columns that will fit your screen size! (can be overridden manually in CAS to 2/3/4/5/6/Auto columns). Button order is Auto → 2 → 3 → 4 → 5 → 6 → Auto.

If there is any strange behaviour then please remove any other CAS UI mods as they will likely clash.

Please delete the old package and replace it with this new one.

Hi everyone! We’re so excited to finally share the WIP CAS Favourites Mod with you! 💗

I’ve been playing The Sims for years and, like so many of you, I have collected a lot of custom content. I’m constantly finding hairs, outfits and accessories that I absolutely love, but once I leave CAS, they somehow disappear back into the hundreds of items in my catalogue!

I mentioned to my partner how helpful it would be to have a proper favourites system inside Create-a-Sim. He’s a software developer who loves problem-solving, so after lots of development, testing and fixes, our first mod together was born!

⚠️The mod may conflict with other mods that make changes to the CAS catalogue, item thumbnails or filtering system.⚠️

✨ What does the mod do?

The CAS Favourites Mod adds a small star to supported item thumbnails inside Create-a-Sim..

Simply click the star to add an item to your favourites. When you want to find it again, use the favourites filter to view all of your selected items together.

Changed your mind? Just click the star again to remove the item from your favourites.

Best of all, your favourites are saved! You can leave CAS, completely close your game and relaunch it later, and the mod will still remember all of the items you selected. ⭐

Please note that make-up is not currently supported.
