SimChess – Play Chess on Your Computer

SimChess is my first gameplay mod! ♡

I love having my Sims play chess to build their Logic Skill, but the chess table takes up so much space and I never know where to put it. So I created SimChess, which lets Sims play chess directly from their computer.

Same skill-building activity. Much less space required. ♡

How it works

While playing SimChess, Sims build their Logic Skill and increase Fun. The mod also includes custom animated chess visuals on the computer screen.

To play, click on a computer and select:

Play Game > Play Chess

Requirements

Requires the Lot 51 Core Library.

Download Lot 51 Core Library

Installation

Place the SimChess .package file in your The Sims 4 > Mods folder and make sure you also have the latest Lot 51 Core Library installed.

Enable Custom Content and Mods in Game Options.

SimChess is available in English and Italian.

Future ideas

I'd love to expand SimChess in the future with tournaments and tablet support. These features aren't included in the current version yet. ♡

SimChess è la mia prima mod di gameplay! ♡

Mi piace far giocare i miei Sim a scacchi per sviluppare l'abilità Logica, ma il tavolo da scacchi occupa un sacco di spazio e non so mai dove metterlo. Per questo ho creato SimChess, che permette ai Sim di giocare a scacchi direttamente dal computer.

Stessa attività, stessa abilità da sviluppare. Molto meno spazio occupato. ♡

Come funziona

Giocando a SimChess, i Sim sviluppano l'abilità Logica e aumentano il Divertimento. La mod include anche una grafica animata personalizzata sullo schermo del computer.

Per giocare, clicca su un computer e seleziona:

Gioca > Gioca a scacchi

Requisiti

Richiede la Lot 51 Core Library.

Installazione

Inserisci il file .package di SimChess nella cartella The Sims 4 > Mods e assicurati di avere installato anche l'ultima versione della Lot 51 Core Library.

Abilita Contenuti personalizzati e Mod nelle Opzioni di gioco.

SimChess è disponibile in inglese e italiano.

Idee future

Mi piacerebbe espandere SimChess in futuro con tornei e supporto per i tablet. Queste funzionalità non sono ancora incluse nella versione attuale. ♡
