Serenade Bonuses

Gives bonus effects to the Sim being serenaded if the singer has high singing skill!

Romantic serenades give bonus effects to the Sim being serenaded if the singer has level 7 or higher Singing. Make a really good impression with the singing skill!

Now there is a reason to serenade! (Helps to make Sims flirty!)
