[SE] No Snowy Escape Festivals

Disables the Snow, Light and Youth Festivals from Snowy Escape.

This modification to The Sims 4 makes it so the festivity events that have been added to the game with the Snowy Escape game pack, which are the Youth Festival, the Snow Festival and the Light Festival no longer appear on the calendar or trigger.
