Scoff At Discomfort Interaction Fix

🔧 Overview
This mod cleans up interaction options for stranger sims. The Scoff at Discomfort, Belittle Anger, and Downplay Stress options will now only appear for sims in an Uncomfortable, Angry, or Stressed Mood who have already introduced themselves. These options will no longer show up alongside the introduction option for stranger sims.

• Restricts emotional reactions until sims are properly introduced.
• Prevents unrealistic social behavior with unknown sims.
