Scare Seeker Lot Challenge No Reward (or Ghost Essence)

When you set your home as a Scare Seeker Lot, random visitors may come and sometimes give your Sims random items as a token of appreciation for the thrill. This mod prevents those items from being obtained.

I also created a file that changes the reward item to Ghost Essence. This requires the Life & Death Pack, and the amount obtained is very modest.

Please place only one of the files from the extracted folder into the Mods folder.
Technically, having both files will not affect the game and will simply function as no rewards.

I like the system in the Scare Seeker Lot Challenge where visitors come randomly, and I especially love the mechanism in the Paranormal Stuff Haunted House where a specter always appears when visitors arrive. However, I found it bothersome that my Sim's inventory would end up full of junk because of this, so I created this.
