Parents join toddlers on playgrounds
NPC toddlers will have one of their parents show up as well when they visit the playground.
How the mod works:
The game already has chaperones spawning on playgrounds but they are just random adults instead of family members so I added parents to spawn on playgrounds.
When a not played (NPC) toddler spawns on the playground lot, they will call one of their parents over as well. It sometimes can take a few minutes until the game spawns them. You will see the red "Parent" above their name. When a parent leaves they either take their kid with them or the other parent spawns shortly after to take care of their kid(s).
