This mod adds a net worth system to your game: poor, lower class, middle class, upper class, and wealthy. It also adds more ways for your Sims to spend or earn money.

Supported Versions

  • 1.118.257
  • Two new optional files have been added inside of the overrides folder:
    1. Adoption & Animals: which will make it more expensive to adopt children and animals.
    2. Services: which will make hired services more expensive.
  • The lots from the new expansion pack Adventure Awaits have been added to the Lot Prices files with the new prices.
  • Nibbles & Nests has been removed as a store from M3_Shopping and has been turned into 2 different stores:
    1. Farmstead Supplies: which sells animal products, treats and toys.
    2. Bugsy’s Bazaar: which sells fish, frogs, and insects.
  • The Collector’s Shelf in M3_Shopping has been renamed to Collector’s Shelf.
  • The Bookmark in M3_Shopping has been renamed to Paper & Quill.
  • New Items have been added to M3_Shopping:
    1. Kayaks can to be purchased from Simletics.
    2. Jellyfish can be purchased from Bugsy’s Bazaar.
    3. Butterflies can be purchased from Bugsy’s Bazaar.
    4. Paper Mache can be purchased from Collector’s Shelf.
    Please note: the items from the Adventure Awaits expansion pack might not be categorized correctly.
  • Bugsy’s Bazaar has purchased additional fish tanks and will now have more fish to sell with a total of 15 different fish daily. (5 small, 5 medium, and 5 large)
