Repair Everything

This mod makes it much easier to deal with broken objects across an entire lot.
What's new
Optimized the mod's code and metadata, and added a full Italian translation.
Improved the detection of several specific broken object states that were not previously handled by the mod, including washing machine plumbing issues, broken robots, talking toilets, and clogged trash chutes.
These objects are now properly recognized as broken, and the mod's repair interactions work on them as expected.
