Rename Center to Centre (and others)

String changer to replace USA -ter endings with UK/Canada -tre endings
One of my series of text changing mods that swaps in game words from their original US English to the UK English equivalent.
This mod changes most of the -ter words to be -tre. Includes centre and theatre. I looked at metre but there wasn't as many uses of that as I expected.
Affects English strings only. Will conflict with any other mod that changes in game text.
