Update v1.4
Updated: fishingspot-1.4 now removes some more fishing autonomy, for Britechester, Winderburg and Willow Creek spots.
Updated: lamps-1.4 is now merged and contains all lamps and those few street deco sculptures that used to be in separate packages.
Updated: rink-1.4 has "interaction tuning" now to prevent certain exceptions that sometimes happen with autonomous use of rink object.
