It's a small mod, for which one of you gave me the idea.
With this mod if you apply for a certain scholarship and you don't get it, you can reapply for it! Unlimited times.
Known issue: I didn't figure out how to remove the old Rejected status. So once your application gets finally approved, when checking scholarship status you'll see this scholarship under Approved and under Rejected category. I tested it and it doesn't produce any errors, nor issues. You'll be getting the money, everything will work as it should. Just the fact that it will be still listed under both categories.
