What's new

Tested on game version 1.128.90. Replace both files in your Mods folder (rsim.ts4script and rsim.cfg: the cfg has a new option).

Added

  • Country profiles japan, china, korea (South Korea) and india: official population counts, NCD-RisC 2026 BMI for adults, children and teens, strength training where measured.
  • Names: generated Sims of origins EA has a name list for (Japanese, Chinese, Indian, Moroccan, Latin, Islander, Southeast Asian, Native American) get a first name from that list, and the household one last name. European, African and Korean Sims keep names in the game's language. Sims named on purpose by the game are kept, and rsim.reroll never renames. New names option in rsim.cfg.

Changed

  • Beard and eyebrows take the exact shade of the hair, whatever colour the game had given them.
  • Afro-textured hairstyles (afros, braids, locs) are only given to African and Latin American Sims.
  • Mixed Sims follow the rules of inheritance: the darker hair and eye colour and the curlier hair form win. In mixed and Latin American Sims, light hair and light eyes come with lighter skin.
  • Elders the game gave grey or white hair keep the shade, in a hairstyle fitting their origin; elders the game gave a colour get a natural colour from their origin.

Fixed

  • Beard and eyebrows were not recoloured when the game had given them a colour the profiles do not draw (platinum, grey, white...) or a part made for the other gender.
