A tuning mod that makes Sims read books longer with a visible progress bar, and ensures adults wait for toddlers and infants to sit down for stories.

📖 With this mod, Sims will read longer and will not put the book down every minute. A progress bar is visible during interactions, so you can track where the Sim is in the book. If they continue reading later, they will start reading from that point and not from the beginning. 📚
 
👶 This mod fixes the bug so toddlers and infants have time to sit down. (EA fixed the issue in the last patch where Sims wouldn't immediately put down the book when reading to toddlers or infants, but they still haven't fixed the issue where they have to wait for them to get there and sit down, this mod fixes that.)
 
 
⚠️ Conflicts:
  • Conflicts with any other tuning mods that modify the same book reading or child reading interaction files.
