Public Stereo Afrobeats Missing & Channel Sync Fix

This adds and lets public Afrobeats wall stereos play the same sample

How the mod works

Normal stereos and synced lot wall stereos have their own audio configuration files. For the Afrobeats wall stereo EA added the normal audio configuration instead the one for lot wall stereos. I found the correct audio configuration in the game files, and added that so the wall stereos are synced.

While fixing the above I actually found out that EA added a public wall stereo object for the new Waltz channel, they did not add any for the new Afrobeats channel even though a object state tuning (stereoWall_Channel_AfroBeats) is in the game files. So this mod adds a new custom wall stereo object (a clone from the Waltz one) for the Afrobeats channel. You can find it in build buy where the Waltz one is.
