This fix is for an EA bug where a fire loot causes an error.
How the mod works
This fix is for an EA bug where a loot (loot_Fire_PowerGenerator) within the object tuning of the power generator tests for a buff the power generator cannot have (AttributeError: 'object_PowerGenerator_GEN' object has no attribute 'has_buff').
