Removes the Onward Gnome from the Craft Gnomes Menu when users did not pre order the Cottage Living Pack

Craft Onward Gnome Fix
With the Enchanted by Nature Pack EA added the option to craft gnomes on the woodworking table. One of these gnomes, the "Onward" the Adventurous Gnome, was a bonus item for users who pre ordered the Cottage Living Pack. The bug is that the crafting recipe will show up for all users though, and when users who did not pre order (or own) Cottage Living try to craft the gnome it will end up with the sim not finishing the crafting successfully. The Fix will remove the Onward Gnome recipe if non of the Cottage Living bonus items (Onward Gnome, Bicycle, Tree) or on the lot.
