Description
Random Ages
Every sim that enters your save starts at the very beginning of their life stage. This mod fixes that. The moment a sim spawns or is created in CAS, their age progress is randomized so they feel like they actually have history behind them.
Two versions are included -- choose the one that fits your playstyle:
- RandomAgesMod -- fully random distribution across the entire life stage (0-100%). Any sim could be anywhere from brand new to nearly ready to age up.
- RandomAgesMod_MaxHalf -- random distribution capped at 50% progress. Sims will never be past the midpoint of their life stage, so you always have some time with them before they age up.
Features
- Applies automatically to CAS sims, townie spawns, and sims loaded from save
- Two cheat commands:
ram.randomize_active_sim-- re-rolls the currently selected simram.randomize_all_sims-- re-rolls every sim in the current save
INCOMPATIBILITIES / DISCLAIMER
- It is highly recommended to start a new save file. The mod will apply randomization to all sims.
- Premade sims (Goths, Landgraabs, etc.) will also be affected.
