🍳 Perfect Stove Quality

Ever wished you could choose a stove based on its appearance instead of its price?

Perfect Stove Quality allows every stove in The Sims 4 to perform like the game's highest-quality stove, so your Sims can consistently cook excellent-quality meals regardless of which stove they use.

Whether you're playing a rags-to-riches challenge, decorating a cozy starter home, or using salvaged appliances, you no longer have to sacrifice food quality just because your stove is inexpensive.

💡 Why I Made This

I've always wanted the freedom to build kitchens based on style rather than appliance price/food quality. The default game rewards expensive stoves with better meal quality, which often limits creativity when decorating homes.

This mod removes that limitation by standardizing stove performance, allowing every stove to provide premium cooking quality while preserving normal gameplay.

❤️ Inspiration & Credits

This project was heavily inspired by two fantastic mods from the MTS community:

• Max Food Quality by Turon
• Cooking Quality Mod (10 Cooking Quality on all Fridges and Stoves) by Neshke

Both mods served as inspiration while I explored how cooking quality works in the latest versions of The Sims 4.

This mod is not a reupload or conversion of either project. It has been recreated and updated from scratch using current game tuning, with additional recipe adjustments to ensure compatibility with modern game versions and newer cooking content.

⚠ Compatibility

This mod overrides cooking recipe tuning and stove object tuning.

Because of this, it may conflict with other mods that modify:

• Stove tuning
• Cooking recipe tuning
• Food quality tuning

📦 Installation

1. Download the .package file.
2. Place it in:

Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Mods

1. Make sure Custom Content is enabled in your game settings.
2. Delete your localthumbcache.package before launching the game.

📝 Notes

• This version affects stoves only.
• Outdoor grills and BBQ pits are not currently supported.
• Cooking skill progression is unchanged.
• Existing saves are fully supported.
