Added localizations for:
English, Deutsch, Français, Español, Italiano, Русский, 中文, Čeština, Dansk, Nederlands, Suomi, 日本語, 한국어, Norsk, Polski, Português, Svenska.
Added the ability to "play" for all Sims, without needing the "Childish" trait.
