Water Heaters

• The PlumbBros Water Heater has been refactored to use the new functionality introduced in the For Rent patch. All custom bathing interactions have been removed as the EA interactions now handle hot and cold water effects on their own!
• You can now upgrade the PlumbBros Water Heater Tank to work Off The Grid, or you can use the new For Rent Solar Water Heater while OTG. The game lessons claim that a Water Heater with the 5Ever Tech Upgrade can work without Power AND Water Utilities. However the EA tuning prevents the Water Heater from turning on without Water Utility. The PlumbBros Water Heater will allow you to do this.
• When PlumbBros gameplay is enabled, EA Water Heaters will maintain a Hot Water Level like the PlumbBros Water Heater that is depleted after showering/bathing.
• If the Geothermal Lot Trait is active, your pipes will no longer freeze in the cold and Water Heaters will heat without Power.

Radiators & Wall-Mounted Air Conditioners

• The new For Rent Wall-Mounted Air Conditioner and Radiators can now be synced with your PlumbBros HVAC system. Both auxiliary objects can work on their own without an Outdoor Condenser Unit and Ventilation. Any CC objects using the new tuning will also be compatible!
• In terms of how each Radiator and Air Conditioner will affect the temperature, each object will count as 2 vents. Depending on how large your home is, you may need multiple radiators and/or air conditioners for optimal heating and cooling. If you do not have an Outdoor Condenser Unit, then your normal air vents will be unused, as they are only part of the Central A/C System.
• Radiators do not need to maintain Air Filters or Refrigerant. The Air Conditioner only needs Air Filter maintenance.

Apartments & Residential Rentals

• Residential Rental Tenants can no longer request insulation upgrades. Your Property Owner must call PlumbBros and setup an appointment.
• Apartments can no longer have insulation upgraded as designed. Each building has a preset insulation level based on the inherent building quality.

Additional Updates

• Repairing PlumbBros objects will now satisfy any objectives that require repairing objects.
• Updated tooltips for Water Heaters and Condensers to include the current status. Wall Mounted Air Conditioners will also show Air Filter Quality.
• The Outdoor Condenser Unit has updated SFX from the new Air Con which should be less loud, plus the Water Heater now has audio.
• Fixed an issue that prevented Commercial Work Order Customers from being pulled into the situation if they were already on the lot when you arrive.
• Fixed an exception that occurs when the Water Main breaks and the valve + water spawners are placed.
• The Water Main will no longer automatically fix when traveling to a played household’s home.

Breaking Changes for Integrations

• The requires_hot_water and requires_cold_water interaction lists in the IntegrationManifest have been removed in favor of using the EA WaterHeater_IsOn and WaterHeater_IsOff test sets as they are base game compatible.
