This mod adds the “Plastic Surgery” option directly to your playable Sim’s menu. But be careful — beauty comes at a price: 10,000§, to be exact.
After paying, your Sim will be sent to CAS and come back completely renewed!
But nothing comes without consequences… they’ll receive three special buffs:
😖 Sore – Because every surgery hurts.
😵 Numb – Still feeling a bit groggy.
😄 Happy – After all, that new look is totally worth it!
