Plant Lover Sims can harvest plants without becoming sad

This mod overrides the loot for the Sad moodlet that Plant Lover Sims can receive when harvesting plants. The chance of receiving this moodlet has been reduced to 0%, so Plant Lover Sims will no longer become sad from harvesting.
