PH - Parenthood Meltdowns are OK

Requires the Parenthood GP and the XML Injector

I've always disliked the Tense reaction from the Uncontrolled Emotions breakdowns, so I modified the broadcaster from both the Throw Tantrum and Cry interactions. So, now, instead of getting Tense or Embarrassed, friends and family will get a Sad buff:

Not only that, but they'll wait for the other Sim to calm down (either stop crying or throwing a tantrum) and will autonomously go and cheer them up:

I also removed the reputation loss from the meltdown interactions and moved Uncomfortable from Tantrum to Cry... because I find it more fitting.
