Order On Phone

This small mod addes the ability to order Upgrade Parts to the phone shopping menu. 

Currently that's all it adds but this may expand as I find other things my sim needs to buy through the phone or as people put in requests.  If you want to make a request join my discord, I'm much more likely so see any messages posted there.
