Only Train and Play Fetch Dog Outside

🐕 About This Mod
With this mod sims can only train and play fetch with dogs outside, instead of annoyingly waving their hands to complain that there is no room inside.

What the mod fixes:

• 🌳 Outdoor gameplay: If both the sim and the dog are outside, clicking on the dog, an outdoor ball or a ball in the sim's inventory will successfully start training or playing fetch.

• 🏠 No indoor autonomy: Sims will no longer autonomously start playing fetch indoors.

• 🚫 Both are inside: If both the sim and the dog are inside and the ball is in the inventory, clicking on the dog will not show the "Train" or "Play Fetch" options. The "Play Fetch" option will not appear on any ball inside, outside, or in the sim's inventory.

• 🚫 Sim is inside, Dog is outside: If the sim is inside and the dog is outside, clicking on the dog will not show the "Train" or "Play Fetch" options. The "Play Fetch" option will not appear on a ball that is outside, inside, or in the sims's inventory.

• 🔄 Dog is inside, Sim is outside:
• Clicking on a ball inside will make the dog go outside, the sims will go inside to bring the ball out, and then they will start training or playing fetch.
• Clicking on an outdoor ball or a ball in the sim's inventory will make the dog go outside, and they will start training or playing fetch.
• Clicking the "Train Fetch" option on the dog will make the sim go inside and teach a random other command instead of fetch, since fetch is disabled indoors. 🤭

📝 Note:

• 💡 If both the sims and the dog are inside, or if only the sims is inside, the "Train Fetch" option will still appear on the ball (outside, inside, or in the inventory), but nothing will happen when you click it.
Therefore, either both of them or at least the sims must be outside for "Train" and "Play Fetch" to work.
