NPCO - Realm of Magic

This mod attempts to stop the game from spawning/creating NPCs in the background, specifically Realm of Magic.

I don't often play with spellcasters, so I usually don't want them spawning, and I don't care that I don't have sages in my saves. If you want to play as a spellcaster, however, do not use this mod add-on!

Meant to be used with the NPCO base game mod.
