NPCO - Horse Ranch

This mod attempts to stop the game from spawning/creating NPCs in the background, specifically for Horse Ranch.

You may not have a ranch hand if you use this mod, so why might you want this? Some people like to use the worlds for other challenges and not to play them as intended!

This mod is to be used in conjunction with the NPCO base game mod.
