NPCO - High School Years

This mod attempts to stop the game from spawning/creating NPCs in the background.

Beware! If you use this mod, your high school may not function correctly, so be careful if you follow your teens to school. (This is the mod that I generally don't use because I want my teens to have teachers!)

Use this mod with the NPCO base game mod.
