NPCO - Cottage Living

This mod attempts to stop the game from spawning/creating NPCs in the background, specifically for Cottage Living.

Beware, if you use this mod you probably won't be able to complete the missions from the Cottage Living pack. So why might you wish to do this? One example would be if you are playing a Decades Challenge and wish to use Henford-on-Bagley as your 1800s town, and therefore do not intend to "play" Cottage Living with the missions, etc.

Use this mod with NPCO base game core mod.
