Mod Description:
This mod adds a cooldown period for NPCs when ordering food and drinks. The benefit of this change is that in venues such as small businesses, cafes, bars, and thrift stores, NPCs will no longer crowd around the counter and frantically order food or drinks. As a result, NPCs will have more time to engage in other activities. For example, in small business venues, NPCs will be more likely to participate in encouraged activities such as spa treatments, requesting tattoos, and using entertainment items.
