No Unnecessary Spell Practicing

This mod disables or hides the spell practicing interaction of a school of magic when a spellcaster has learned all practicable spells in that discipline. In this case, the interaction is disabled if the spellcaster has not yet reached the highest rank (i.e., there may be more spells to learn at higher levels) or is otherwise hidden (i.e., there are no more spells to learn).

This saves your spellcaster from wasting time practicing spells for a discipline that can't or won't teach any more spells.

The absence of unnecessary spell practicing pushes your spellcasters to use other ways, such as casting spells or dueling, to gain experience and level up.
