Hello!

The purpose of these mods is to change any non-cc hats that are normally set to be Allowed random (will show up on NPC's randomly), to Not allowed random (only the sims you put the hats on will have them in game). You will still find them in CAS.

Every single hat that is normally set to Allowed Random, from the base game to all the packs/kits, is in this set of hat overrides in their own package. See below for more information on customizing your set.

I have only ticked off Base Game as required so that people who only have the base game will know this mod set can apply to them, too.

These are very small files and won't bloat your game.

In the zip are 5 folders:

EP
GP
SP
KITs
Within each of these folders are folders named REGULAR and SPECIAL, if applicable.

REGULAR - may include but not limited to regular outfit types: Everyday, Formal, Athletic, Swimwear, Hot Weather, and/or Cold Weather. May also include Special outfit types.

SPECIAL - does not include regular outfit types, only Special ones: Retail, Situation, and/or Career.

Within the Regular and Special folders are individual hat packages. These override the game's random ability to put each hat on random NPC sims, and possibly your sim during a career.

You can put these folders into your Mods folder without problem; however, BE CAREFUL which .packages you install! The SPECIAL folders' .packages can mess up the game's outfits by taking away Firefighter helmets, or Chef's hats. Even some of the REGULAR ones have SPECIAL categories attached. If you only want some installed from a particular folder, go ahead and put the folder in your Mods folder and delete the packages you don't want. **See below

I did not merge any of the files or create them all in one package because some people may want to keep certain hats as random in their game. Thus, this mod set is fully customizable for anyone.

➡️ My recommendation is to only install the .packages you KNOW you don't want random hats for, which is entirely up to you.

If you don't see a pack in the files, it means there are no hats, or no hats that were allowed for random, in that pack.

➡️ Do not install any mods in your game for which you do not own the pack, or there will likely be conflicts, and programs like Better Exceptions and MCCC may flag them.
