No Puddles under Bathtubs from splashing Toddlers

This mod prevents the game from creating puddles while Toddlers are splashing in the bathtub.

How this Mod works:

When Toddlers splash while bathing it always generates puddles. Puddles under the Bathtub. Puddles Sims can not clean up.

This Mods sets the base chance of puddles while Toddlers are splashing to 0% (default 100%)

Giving Toddlers a Bath will still have a Chance of Puddles but these are outside of the bathtub and cleanable.
