No Passive-Agressive "Patient Left" Notification

Replaces the text and image in the "patient left" notification during the doctor career work day.

This mod is like my first one. It changes the text from "Tired of waiting... [blah blah blah] patient has left" to "A patient has left.". It also changes the associated icon to a caduceus instead of an hourglass.
