No More Night Naps

Stops Sims from autonomously taking naps during the night. Sims will now prefer proper sleep at night instead of repeatedly napping and waking up.

Tired of Sims taking random naps at 10 PM instead of actually going to bed?

No More Night Naps adjusts autonomy so Sims will no longer choose to nap during nighttime hours. From 8 PM to 6 AM, Sims will prefer longer sleep interactions instead of short naps, leading to more natural daily routines and smarter energy management.

This helps reduce situations where Sims:

Nap late at night
Wake up in the middle of the night
Become exhausted again a few hours later
Fall into endless sleep/nap loops

What this mod does

Disables autonomous naps from 8 PM to 6 AM
Encourages Sims to choose proper sleep during nighttime
Keeps daytime naps available as normal
Applies to Sims from Child to Elder
Toddlers are unaffected and can still nap freely
