Removes the cooldown on "Instant Upgrade" for Sims with the Handy Reward Trait.
Sims completing the Nerd Brain aspiration can earn the Handy Reward Trait which allows them to "Instant Upgrade" most objects. But EA put a cooldown of 1440 minutes! Why? This mod removes the cooldown.
