No Autonomously Set Laundry Down

Prevents sims from autonomously setting clean laundry down.

This is a lightweight script mod that disables autonomy for the "Set Laundry Down" interactions in dryers and clotheslines.

Sims will now always put clean laundry away, unless directed by the player.
