This mod fixes the in-game instant upgrade to neon signs not working properly.
- Fixed an issue that only the Add Animations was completed. This fix allows all neon sign upgrades to be completed.
- Fixed an issue where performing an instant upgrade interaction while the Add Animations upgrade was already completed could cause the interaction to never finish.
- The instant upgrade option will be hidden once all upgrades have been completed through the regular upgrade process.
