Near Grim buffs are happy

Changed the buffs that Macabre and Ghost Historian sims get from being around Grim, Crows, Ghosts and Edith to Happy. Also, disabled the excited animation for these.

This means your sim can experience other emotions around Grim rather than being overwhelmed by Playfulness.
