Unlocks the pickpocket interaction for everyone, instead of it being locked behind the Criminal Career and adjusts the moodlets that Sims are receiving accordingly and moves it to it's own "Pickpocketing" category.
Changes the animation (for Teen-Elder) from a hug to one of two paranoid looking around animations. If the interaction is successful, the Sim will follow up with a generic pick-up animation, if it fails they will be yelled at by the target Sim.
Removes the "need to greet" and "has met" restrictions, so that the interaction is available either from the introduction menu, or under mischief interactions. It also cancels the interaction queue after the pickpocketing interaction has been done, so that no awkward chatting will take place.
Moves the cooldown of the pickpocketing interaction from the Actor Sim to the Target Sim, so that the interaction can be done several times in a row, just not on the same target.

Adds a new skill to the game: Pickpocketing. Major skill with 10 Levels - the higher the skill, the higher the chances of success and money gain.
"Master Thief" reward trait for reaching level 10.
Custom icons for the trait, skill and interaction.

With every failed pickpocketing interaction your Sim will run away after being yelled at
Failed attempts also add two new moodlets to the Sim:
a +3 "Caught!" scared moodlet with a short duration and
a +1 "Caught!" embarrassed moodlet that prevents any pickpocketing interaction for 4 hours - after all your Sim just got publicly yelled at for trying to steal, everyone around them is suspicious and on alert now.
Both moodlets and the restriction can be removed by travelling to a different lot.
Since the Sim will do quite a lot of running, especially in the beginning, I thought it'd be fun to also add a tiny XP gain to Fitness - don't worry, it really is TINY, you won't max your fitness skill just by failing pickpocketing.
A new +1 "Pickpocketing successful" confident moodlet that gets removed from the Sim if it's still active when they fail a pickpocketing attempt.

The Pickpocketing interaction and skill will be available to Children after they have mastered their Motor skill - without Motor I figure Children will be too clumsy to successfully pick pockets
Mastering the Motor skill will now also unlock the Fitness skill for Children
Instead of the paranoid looking around animation, which caused a weird stretching error in kids, the animation for Children has been set to an innocent whistling, before they attempt to pickpocket - the "generic pickup" and "being yelled at" animations are the same as for Teen - Elder
All moodlets, buffs, strings, the skill and other features remain the same for Children

Master Thieves can now Teach Pickpocketing (at least 75% friendship required)
New Swipe interaction: a Master Thief is able to swipe small objects (only objects that can go into the Sim Inventory are eligible)

Successfully pickpocketing the Grim Reaper will be rewarded: your Sim will receive a Death Flower and a random reward store potion as well as a +4 Confident Buff for the duration of 8 hours
But beware: if you fail, the Grim Reaper will not be happy about it and the consequences will be dire...
