A tiny utility for The Sims 4: Enchanted by Nature that does exactly one thing: clears current Ailments from the entire save when you ask it to.

Mussfis Ailment Cleanup v1.0.0
- Initial release.
- Adds `mussfis.ailments.clearall`.
- Cleans Ailments across every SimInfo in the current save.
- Uses EA's own `loot_Ailments_RemoveAilments` action (GUID 443066).
- Clears both active Ailments and their incubation timers.
- Leaves future Ailment generation enabled.
- Does not intentionally reset the separate Balance/Imbalance system.
- No external mod dependency.
