This mod works on any venue type.
In my game, I use it on the Thrift and Bubble Tea venue, just because the bubble tea counter looks best with the decore of the movie theater I built in Oasis Springs! Plus, Sims can sip on their bubble tea while watching a movie. (I put the trendi clothes rack in the basement with no door, so Sims won't wander down there.)
With this mod, your Sims will be "encouraged" to watch TV while on the lot.
NOTE: Movie Hangout recommended but NOT required!
